As soon as possible we will 'approve' your account. We may email you for details of your business details including web addresses.

Ordering
Use the online shop for wholesale orders over £100 plus pp.
Alternatively message us directly with your order and we can invoice you through email.
Invoicing is useful for the following;
* Small top up orders that fall below £100
* Pre-orders, for items that are 'out of stock' on the site but due in soon.
* Anyone who hates shopping carts!
* Orders outside of the UK which require a shipping quote.
Minimum Order values
For the first order we ask you to spend a minimum of £100 plus £10 carriage.
We can offer FREE carriage on orders over £150.
On subsequent orders there is no minimum order value, however if you spend less than £100 you must email the order directly.
Payment
The Web site is set up for credit card payments and Paypal.
I can also accept Bank transfer and cheques with prior agreement.
Delivery
From ordering, delivery is usually 3-7 days sent through a reputable courier usually DPD.
If you need an order urgently for an event deadline, please contact us first and we can let you know stock levels and sometimes get an order rushed through.
Small orders under £50 can be sent via collectplus for a reduced rate of £5 but take at least 3 days longer.
